TRAINING Video
As part of HSBC's internal learning program, I created the introductory animation for the "New to People Management" module. Designed to set the tone for a larger suite of training materials, the animation introduced key themes and helped engage new managers from the outset. The focus was on clear, accessible storytelling to support a smooth transition into leadership.
Working as the sole animator on a freelance basis, I was responsible for bringing the storyboard to life. The animation featured a continuous flowing line that guided viewers through the narrative, supported by subtle character animation and particle effects using Trapcode Particular. The result was a cohesive and engaging visual style that tied into the broader learning experience.
